Lab and radiology results are usually available 48 hours after they are performed. Ask your provider at the time of your visit if he or she will call you or send you a note if they are normal. If you have not heard from you provider after one week, and you want the results before your next visit, contact our office and ask for medical records. Your call will be returned within 2 – 3 business days.

Please allow 3 business days to have your prescription request completed. If your insurance company requires pre-authorization, it may take up to 10 days to be completed.
